Back just in time!

Whew! It's been a nutty week. I wandered off into the forest after classes on Thursday and stumbled across some bands playing songs about former Hogwarts students and teachers! In the forests! How amazing and weird is that? Well, it lasted until Monday...I wish I had a time turner now so I can catch up on all the stuff I missed.

I'm still getting into the stride of being away and school work in general. Though it's funny that right now, long before all the final reviews, is harder than the actual finals themselves. I think cause during finals everyone's on the same page, and wants to just focus on what needs to be done, but now...well, I just want to hang out in the common room and wander the grounds and watch Quidditch tryouts and knit in my dorms with roommates.
Which means that I'm falling a little behind on my work.
But thanks to much more focused and organized puff's, we're doing pretty awesome with House point...now I have House of Awesome stuck in my head. Hope I don't accidentally write the lyrics out on my DADA paper instead of the assignment.

I couldn't eat breakfast I was so nervous about classes! Well, that and I kinda slept in a little, up too late pre-practicing. I want to impress Professor Flitwick, I really want to do well in Charms.

My family would probably laugh at the sight of me in Potions...I'm trying to find a way to explain to them(muggles) that it's not like cooking(which I'm horrible at)

I liked Herbology more than I thought I would. Even thinking of getting something for my dorm, brighten the place up even more. Though I'll have to ask Prof. Sprout which one is easy to care for and won't scream or attack my bunk mates.

The new Professor Cornelius Lufkin makes me nervous....not in a scary way, but...well...he's so handsome! When I ran down to the Great Hall to catch the last of breakfast(thanks Eleanor for waking me up!) he shot me a look with those intense eyes and I almost fainted.

Term started!

I have a partner! And though I have a while to get everything together and in order, I already have a list of things I want to do/make/send!

I don't think I'm gonna be able to concentrate in Potions today, I hope Professor wont catch me doodling sock pictures in my notebook.
